Got a call from the hatchery, the girls will be here on the 22nd. Hubby asked "Who's on the phone?" I just said "Oh the hatchery, the chickens will be here a couple of days early." He just asked "OK, how many and what kind?" When I told him 5 Light Brahma's he just muttered something about "She'd better not have bought 5 bulls by mistake." Big Grin, and I was worried about him being upset about us having chickens again. Gee he's taking this so well that a couple of sheep and maybe a goat or two should be easy to add to the family. Well maybe I'd better wait till the chicken coop is rebuilt before I bring up more animals to him.
